Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Expeditise LLC ("ExpressReply", "we", "our", "us") handles information when you use the ExpressReply website and the ExpressReply AI Keyboard mobile app.

Information We Collect

Information you provide directly

  • Waitlist details submitted on the website (name and email address).
  • Support messages and communications you send us.
  • API key entered in-app (stored locally on your device).

Information processed in the app

  • Screen content you choose to capture with Android screen-capture permission.
  • Text extracted from screenshots using on-device OCR.
  • Selected prompts and AI-generated responses.

Permissions and technical data

  • Overlay permission for the floating button.
  • Screen capture permission for OCR and reply generation.
  • Internet and network permissions for AI requests.
  • Foreground service and notification permissions required by Android while active.

Local settings and optional history

  • Settings such as mode, response count, overlay position, and privacy toggles are stored locally.
  • Conversation history can be stored locally (up to 100 entries) if enabled in settings.
  • Screenshots are not saved by default; optional gallery save can be enabled manually.

Website analytics

  • Google Analytics (gtag.js) is used on the website for traffic and usage insights.
How We Use Information
  • Operate the website and app features.
  • Generate AI suggestions from text you choose to process.
  • Manage waitlist communication and release updates.
  • Improve performance, reliability, and user experience.
  • Respond to support requests and protect service security.
How Information Is Shared
  • AI providers: Extracted text and prompts are sent to your selected AI endpoint (for example OpenAI or Anthropic) when you request replies.
  • OCR is processed on-device with ML Kit.
  • Waitlist submissions may be processed through Google services (for example Google Apps Script and Google Sheets).
  • Information may be disclosed if required by law or needed for safety and security.

We do not sell your personal information.

Data Retention
  • Waitlist information is retained while needed for launch communication or until deletion is requested.
  • Local app settings and optional history remain on your device until you clear data, clear history, or uninstall.
  • Screenshots are processed in memory and discarded unless optional gallery save is enabled.
  • Depending on Android backup settings, local app data may be included in device backup.
Your Choices
  • Disable conversation history in app settings.
  • Clear conversation history from app settings.
  • Keep screenshot gallery save disabled (default) or toggle it at any time.
  • Disable overlay access, revoke screen capture permission, or uninstall the app.
  • Request waitlist data deletion by contacting us.
Security, Children, and Policy Updates

We apply reasonable safeguards, but no storage or transmission method is perfectly secure.

ExpressReply is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy over time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date above.
