Delete Local App Data
On Android, open system app settings and clear app storage (or uninstall) to remove local settings and stored API key.
Request Server-Side Deletion
Email us to delete waitlist/contact data associated with your email address.
Detailed Instructions
Use the steps below if you want complete deletion across device and server records.
Delete Data Stored On Your Device
- Open the ExpressReply app.
- Go to the Settings screen.
- In "Conversation History", tap the delete icon to clear saved history.
- Optional: turn off "Conversation history" to stop future local storage.
- Optional: if you enabled screenshot saving, delete those images from your gallery (`Pictures/AIKeyboard`).
- Optional: uninstall the app or use Android "Clear storage" to remove local app settings and API key.
Delete Data Stored By Expeditise LLC
- Send an email to info@expressreply.com with subject: Data Deletion Request.
- Include the email address used for waitlist or contact submissions.
- We may ask for confirmation to verify ownership before deletion.
Processing Time
- Verified deletion requests are typically processed within 14 business days.
- If legally required, limited records may be retained for compliance, fraud prevention, or security.
Third-Party Services
- AI providers and analytics tools may have separate retention policies.
- You may need to contact those providers directly for deletion requests under their policies.
